Il Palazzo del Vescovo

This old palazzo is built in the South-facing town wall of the beautiful historic centre of Force, in the district of Ascoli Piceno and it used to be the elegant house of a bishop. The house has recently been completely restored and it is the owners' holiday house. For its size, it could be easily divided into three self-contained units or be converted into a small luxury hotel/B&B. Unlike most of the Town Houses, it has a beautiful garden overlooking the countryside, the Sibillini Mountains, the Laga Mountains, the rolling hills until the Adriatic coast which you can perfectly see on a clear day. The house retains all its original features wuch as stones, wooden beams, caves, very thick walls. Ground floor: large hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen with panoramic balcony, bathroom, laundry, elegant travertino staircase to the upper floor. First floor: three double bedrooms, living room with fireplace, bathroom.
